Sesdac, Inc. of Vermillion, SD is seeking to hire a full-time Director of Quality Assurance to lead the organization in the accreditation process (CQL), be responsible for finding and facilitating new admits to the agency, and supports other departments as necessary. The Director of Quality Assurance is an exempt position that earns an annual salary of $50,000 or more, dependent upon qualifications and experience. In addition to paid training, we also offer generous benefits including two health plan options, dental, 401(k) matching, sick and vacation leave, AFLAC insurance, and a free $15,000 life insurance policy.

  • Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, psychology, sociology, education or social services.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a supervisory or program coordination position.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the intellectual an developmental disabilities profession will be considered.


This position offers a typical work schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. However, based on the needs of the organization there may be times where hours may extend outside this time-frame.
